Hudson has become very independent and loves to explore. We have a fun park that is close by and it has so much for him to do. He climbs, plays in sand, slides, swings.... Watching Hudson play is so fun. It really makes me realize how much he has changed over the past few months (or even sense last spring).
Something else I LOVE about going to the park, he gets a lot of fresh air and all that playing really tires him out! Who doesn't love a sleeping baby? haha It has been stormy the past few days, but we are looking forward to playing outside again really soon!
Through all the chaos going on at our house right now with selling of this house (and all that entails) and moving, Hudson has really been such a little trooper. He has been so patient and cooperative. He has had to run so many errands with me and had to take many road trips. Bless his heart. He has been so good. I have felt like such a horrible mom because instead of getting to spend time with him, I have been completely distracted. Hudson has just been so content playing with himself and as long as I am close by he is a happy little boy.
Did I mention that this little stinker has figured out how to open and close doors? Really! He can figure out how to unlock them then turn the knob.... We now have those round plastic knob covers over all the exterior doors as well as to closets with cleaning supplies. O Yea, he is working on the baby gate too. What am I going to do with this little guy who is too smart and too curious for his own good?!?!
Moving with a little boy is more challenging than I thought it would be. We are making it work though. Thankfully we have had a lot of help and support from family and friends. We are so blessed to be surrounded by such a wonderful group of people.
