18 Months

At 18 Months Hudson is 33.5 inches tall (90-95%) and 28lbs (90-95%).  He is just perfect!  Hudson had a doctors appointment today and the first thing Dr. Mack asked when he walked in was "Hold old is he?" I told him 18 months.  He laughed and said "Wow, he looks like a two year old"!  haha

Yes, my "little" boy is a big guy!  haha  He is so sweet and has the best personality.  Hudson had to get a tetanus shot today and he didn't cry at all!  I was shocked.  He looked around and when it was over he put his outs out and said "up"?  Bless his heart!

Hudson has 8 teeth in and a cusp of one of his molars.  The teeth are coming in.   Baby chompers are SHARP!  ahhhhh  Thankfully Hudson isn't really much of a biter!

At 18 months, Hudson:

• Wears size 5 diapers
• Wears size 18-24 month clothes
• Likes yogurt again
• feeds himself
• takes 1 long (2 hour +) nap a day
• Sleeps for 10-12 hours strait at night
• Talks more and more every day!  
• Has his own language.  haha
• Started saying "Mom"  yea!  FINALLY!  
• Enjoyes sliding down slides and walking/running everywhere
• Interacts a lot more with other children and our pets
• LOVES story time!!!  He will sit and listen to me read for an hour.  He has favorite books and wants me to read them over and over.

Hudson,

You do something or say something new every single day.  Each day I am amazed by a new skill you have picked up.  You are so smart, and sweet, and funny.  I am so thankful that you still love to cuddle.  Your daddy and I are so in love with you.  You are such a good and easy baby, I mean little boy.  You love attention and will do anything to get it.  Bath time is really fun now because you love to play.  You even enjoy rinsing yourself off and don't like it when we try to do it.  You are such a blessing in our lives.
