The past few days it has been just Hudson and me! Daddy (Steve) has been out of town on a business trip. I don't like it when he is gone, but thankfully he will be back very soon! :) Hudson will be so excited to see his daddy walk through the door in just a few short hours.
It has been a lot of fun though just hanging out with Hudson. He is great company and definitely keeps things interesting. We have been playing a lot, running errands, going to the park, taking walks, playing with bubbles and sidewalk chalk, cooking.... Hudson has even been helping me pack! I am absolutely loving this time with him, just the two of us.
We did have some company this morning though. Hudson's little buddy Wyatt came over to play for a few hours. I am being 100% sincere when I say that it was so much FUN! They are at an adorable age where they really interact with each other and play together well. They pushed each other in a wagon, played basketball (kinda), chased each other around the house, and took turns going down the slide. Those little boys really wore each other out! There were no tears, hitting, or tantrums the entire time, only laughing and squealing! SUCCESS!!!! Hudson was exhausted when Wyatt left. I think they need to get together more often..... ha
